You may cancel your order if your order has not yet been dispatched and your refund will be processed in-full, as soon as possible. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account. To cancel your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a note about your request to cancel. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Incorrect / Damaged / Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, faulty or it's just plain old not-what-you-ordered, pop an email across to email@example.com with details so we can get the situation sorted! You may be asked to provide a photo or two of the issue so we can assess the situation!
